2. Why do we process your data, on what legal basis, and what is the purpose?
- We process your data according to the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Polish data protection laws for purposes such as legally justified interests and with your consent.
3. Whom may we disclose the data to?
- We may share your data with authorized employees of Santander Bank Polska S.A., entities legally authorized to receive your data, and processors acting on our behalf under a contractual agreement.
4. Will your data be transferred to a third country (outside the European Union)?
- We will not transfer your data to recipients outside the European Union without your consent.
5. How long will your data be processed (stored)?
- Your data will be processed for the necessary duration to achieve the processing purposes outlined in point 2.
